Warranty/Terms/Maintenance

  • All JENNY TOOLS are unconditionally guaranteed for one full year. Defects in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, provided that they have not been misused or abused.
  • Under no circumstances will JENNY TOOLS be liable for any incidental, direct, or consequential damages caused by the breach of the warranty.
  • This Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed, implied, or oral, including the implied warranty of merchantability and any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
  • JENNY TOOLS’ products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of shipment.
  • JENNY TOOLS, at their sole option, reserves the right to repair or replace only such goods as prove defective.

  • This Warranty applies provided that the goods have not been misused or abused and have been used in accordance with the instructions provided.

All tools will be evaluated, and repair cost quoted. Please enclose contact information with tool.

Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. Credit card payments will be charged at the time the order is processed. A service charge will be added.

If, after you place your order, you decide to cancel your order, we will gladly do so only if the order has not been shipped. To cancel your order, you must notify us no later than the next business day after placing your order.

Customers shall be charged all shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee for all refused shipments. This covers the cost to receive and inspect all returned items.

Call us immediately with a description of the issue, and we will make arrangements for pickup and then ship a replacement item.

East of the Mississippi; FOB factory – Freight allowed on orders of $1000 Net Value. West of the Mississippi: FOB factory - Freight allowed on orders of $1500 net value. Freight on board for orders outside the continental US.

JENNY TOOLS is not liable for damage or loss of merchandise after it leaves our premises. If shipment shows evidence of damage, the package must be opened before signing the delivery receipt. If damage or loss is evident, it must be noted on the carrier’s delivery sheet. A claim must be then filed with the carrier before notifying us.

All returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition. The returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and include parts, if any, and instructions.

To return merchandise, you must first contact us for a return authorization, and we will provide a return shipping address. Send the merchandise prepaid with the return authorization number on the outside of the carton, including a copy of the original invoice.

All refunds will be issued less the actual shipping charges. In addition, all returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

If required by law, JENNY TOOLS will add sales tax to the order to be paid by the customer. Applicable sales tax will be charged on all orders to be delivered in the State of Pennsylvania.

If you are TAX-EXEMPT, state this fact in the comments box on the order form and send us your form via fax (215-766-2230) at the time you place your order. You may also contact us for emailing instructions. This will ensure that your TAX-EXEMPT status is properly handled.
